I live here now and I love living this close to campus. The staff is friendly and maintenance has been prompt. They are clean and affordable. I have had some issues, but they were addressed by Management and resolved. I think it is very quiet environment. The property is well maintained and has nice landscaping. They are updated but you won't find any thing super fancy about them, which I believe keeps the cost reasonable. I have referred many friends to live here. ...

From noise to crime to neglectful managers/owner, the problems far outweigh the benefit of living close to campus. Their buildings have roaches and they refuse to acknowledge the problem and spray more often, you can hear everything through the walls and many of the tenants are extremely loud. They refuse to follow up on noise complaints. They overcharge based on the area and the "updated" apartments. They don't do well salting and shoveling the area during snow/ice storms. The window units only cool down a small part of the room they're in (it cooled off the couch I had right in front of it, but the rest of the apartment was always about 15 degrees warmer). And they will do everything they can to hold as much of your security deposit as possible. Be sure to take pictures of the apartment, and your cleaning the apartment, if you do make the poor decision of living here.
