Save your money because they don't respect their tenants here. Your delivered packages are thrown into a box for everyone in the buildings and you have to sift through to find your things. The painting and walls are extremely old and outdated. They have German cockroaches and the bigger ones and it takes an act of congress for them to send the exterminator to your apartment. The maintenance crew is way too small for this big of a property. They promise you repairs and they don't show and hope you forget. Don't come in after midnight on any day, including the weekend (listen up college students) because there is no parking. One night I sat in my car almost twenty minutes waiting for a spot to open. And you will get towed if you leave your car anywhere other than a parking spot so don't think about it. Recently, they had a sink from two floors above mine back up (probably one of those maintenance lapses) and it leaked all the way to my apartment and destroyed my wooden table (that def was not worth the $500 deductible) and the property manager refused to provide restitution for it. The indoor pool is warm but needs a serious make over/paint job and some of the equipment in the gym has never worked for the 5 months I've been here. The locked doors are often propped open which makes me feel incredibly unsafe! ...

Quite possibly the worst place I have ever lived. If nothing else, the fast turnover of the managers should speak volumes. From day one, we have had issues here. From leaks that take weeks to "fix" to collapsing ceilings that don't get anything better than a band-aid job, their idea of maintenance is sub-par. People speed through the parking lot like they're on a mission. You can hear everything from the apartments above and below yours, but they'll sell you on the quietness of the apartment because the walls between you and the people next to you are cement. Doesn't mean you can't hear everyone else. The only resolutions they gave us to any of our issues were 1) to keep calling security and complaining about our neighbors and 2) that we could move into one of their "newer" buildings, complete with a new one year lease and rent raise. There have been robberies that management has done nothing about. The "secured entry" door is constantly left open, which leads to bums roaming the halls of the apartment complex. When anything is brought to the attention of management, they just brush it off like it's no big deal and cop an attitude. Truly, the apartments aren't even worthy of a bum living in them. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. ...
