It has progressed after new management, but the buildings still need restoration. I really enjoyed the pool area, and it was usually kept up fairly well. I did not enjoy the carpeting, but that could have possibly changed since I moved out.

Delightful. Really enjoyed the area. Some cute puppies get walked around there from time to time. Good people. Pretty responsive and super nice. I'd probably check it out again. Decent spot for being off-campus.
