The staff are very friendly and maintenance is quick to fix anything. It can be loud, especially on weekends with noise from other residents and people tend not to pick up after their dogs outside. Overall, it's a good college apartment.

At the Wyatt, the management treats all the tenants like family. They have all kinds of events for us in the clubhouse like movie nights or food pick ups like Jimmy Johns or pancakes from Cracker Barrel. For thanksgiving this year they had us come pick up to go plates and dessert for the ones who stayed in Lexington for the holiday. The apartments come fully furnished and it’s not bad furniture or worn down, it’s good quality and it has updated appliances. It’s pet friendly and the pool in the summer time is always a blast! They have events like movie night at the pool in the summer time. The wyatt is very close to campus and the bus comes right infront of the wyatt that goes directly to campus. It’s a great location with great management, great prices and a great place to live during college. ...

Management will avoid your emails and phone calls at all costs. Terrible experience for my college student and for me! DUMP! I rented from spring 2017 through spring 2018.

THIS PLACE IS VERY NASTY AND DIRTY. BUGS, DOG POOP EVERYWHERE I rented from fall 2016 through summer 2017.
