Never again! It's noisy here. There's roaches. Every inconsiderate person in a two-mile radius seems to live here, Can't really complain the location- unless the location complaint pertains to the NOISE- there's a bar across the street, and these buildings are right on Richmond Rd., so you'll hear every siren and passing car. Lots of these units have roaches, and even though they spray frequently, the problem doesn't really go away. It feels as if there's hardly insulation in the walls and the windows are not well sealed, so it gets very cold, and even with the windows closed, you'll feel wind and hear every sound outside. There are people making lots of noise at all hours in the parking lot, they love loud music and seem to be fascinated with their car alarms. I'm pretty sure there are dealers here, as there are "guests" dropping by for very short visits (like a minute or two) all night. The laundry room is scary and dirty and on any given day, at least 50% of the machines are out of order. I can't wait until my lease is up, I'm looking forward to getting out of here.
