Sundance was the first place I lived by myself away from home. I moved into a studio apartment for $565 per month, and total costs with all utilities came out to only about $700 per month. The office staff at the time was very helpful and empathetic in guiding me through this process. they sent me photos of the units and even gave me a gift basket when I moved in. They taught me what renter's insurance was and did not make me feel dumb... I didn't even know that was a thing! Overall, I have felt safe at Sundance. My car did get broken into once but not again after that. If you have any maintenance issues, they are super helpful and quick to fix it. ...

DO NOT move to sundance. This is a terrible apartment complex. I have had my car broken into, my motorcycle stolen, and my roomates car was brokjen into, and on another occasion he woke up to find bullet holes in it. They have crappy appliances, and water heaters that they wont fix. If you like taking more than a 5 minute shower, sundance is the wrong place for you. I rented from fall '06 through summer '07. ...
