DO NOT move to sundance. This is a terrible apartment complex. I have had my car broken into, my motorcycle stolen, and my roomates car was brokjen into, and on another occasion he woke up to find bullet holes in it. They have crappy appliances, and water heaters that they wont fix. If you like taking more than a 5 minute shower, sundance is the wrong place for you.

I rented from fall '06 through summer '07.
I paid monthly rent of $630 during fall/winter for a shared room.
