I have rented here since 2018. The first management company did a great job of mowing picking up trash and getting things fixed when they broke. The new management is the opposite. They don't respond to calls or emails. There are many bad teenagers that run the streets until all hours of the night. As soon as my lease is up I'm out of here. ...

The business of Piper Partners, LLC are shady - they do not keep the properties clean; they do not enforce all the contract rules that hold them to higher standards signed in the lease; and will force you to pay extra months rent when your lease is up; good luck getting them to answer ANY emails or phone calls when you need something. The walls are paper thin - you can hear your neighbors ALL the time. All the appliances are cheap and break easily and often. There are tons of bugs all the time unless you call the bug guy. When you move in you have to replace all the bulbs and batteries in the alarms and good luck trying to figure out where and which post box is yours - their staff is uneducated and unprofessional. Avoid at all costs if possible, this is the worst business I've ever had to deal with. I rented from spring 2018 through fall 2018. ...
