This place is horribly mismanaged and absurdly priced for what you get. There is nothing redeeming about this building. It smells terrible, the call box barely works, the tenants are dirty, and maintenance is slow. In October of 2019, half the building flooded. Floors 3, 4, and 5 were affected, including my unit. It was not fully repaired until late JANUARY, leaving exposed, dirty flooring and letting dust collect. Nothing would stay clean. My niece had an asthma attack and my dog was sick the entire time. I have never even hung paintings in this apartment because it's not worth it. I lived in a complete construction zone for four months and only received ONE rent credit. They did not reduce my rent even though my place was practically unusable. They claim they're doing their best. Their best is despicable. They illegally entered my apartment without sufficient, required notice on multiple occasions. Then, when they did fix everything, they broke multiple priceless furniture items and ruined others. There was black dust all over my piano/keyboard and bedding. All of my books were turned around and I still find pieces of my furniture lying around from when they took it apart. Which, why they took apart my furniture I'll never know! They have deleted my comments and attempted to hide from this mismanagement. This place is awful. Do NOT rent here. I rented from summer 2019 through summer 2020. ...

This place is awful. Management sucks! After they had our signatures they went back on their word as far as parking and almost every amenity. Noise level is horrible, you won't be able to sleep! Construction is ongoing and every time you ask they say 30 more days! Ha, what a joke! Several people have moved out after only living here for 1 to 2 months. Luxury, my ass! I rented from winter 2017 through winter 2017. ...
