ARKC PROPERTIES ARE VERY, VERY POORLY MANAGED. ALL OF THEM!!!!!! I rented from spring 2016 through spring 2017.

I lived in the Vanderbilt place apartments. This place is bad!! I'm was ready to move out the after the first month. The "beautiful" exposed brick just allows bugs and pests to get in. Also the apartment is super cold in the winter and hot in the summer, no matter how high you turn on the heat or air conditioning. Plus, yhe air conditioner broke half way through the summer and when we asked to get a reduction on our rent they told us no, when one of the reasons we moved in there was because of the central heating and cooling system. Parking is HORRIBLE!! No parking lot only street parking, so the the parking lot right behind the apartment complex is for the apartments right next door. Every time I park on that street I get so angry because I have to always park a block away which can be dangerous at night. I rented from spring 2015 through winter 2016. ...
