I have loved living here! I love that the apartments come fully furnished. The kitchen is beautiful! The apartments and closets are great sizes. The appliances are energy efficient. I also found the apartments being affordable because the only utility that the resident is responsible is energy. ...

This is my second year living here and I had 2 very different experiences. Initially, I had lived with 2 strangers and it wasn't the best of experiences. But I currently live with 2 people I know so its overall a much better experience. I had a problem with my kitchen sink and they informed that they would come tomorrow. They were very kind and understanding and answered any questions I had but also explained the issue so that I can avoid causing any problem or other factors that may have affected it. Their staff are also great people- they speak courteously and are happy to help any issue you would have. In my first year, I wasn't sure whether or not I was going to get charged for my roommate's issues and they told me not to worry and explained their policies concisely and helped me to figure some options out as well. The neighborhood in general are mostly college students but everyone is usually quiet during the week but is usually lively during the weekends. There's a lot of amenities around too that do get taken care of but even if there are any issues, as long as residents do report it to staff, they will take care of it. They also hold a lot of events like giveaways, mini parties, and they do it all responsibly. It seems like a great place to stay and they have their own transport to get on campus as well as the school's bus stop. There's a gas station close by and a supermarket nearby as well. ...

Rockland West has nice staff but the apartments haven't been as taken care of as they should have been. They need some updating, but have good potential. The club house is very nice and so is the pool. It would also be nice to have more security measures in place. ...

It was the worst experience I have had. When I first moved out from Colorado my room had severe mold and water damage. They then moved me across the way to another apartment which had mold and water damage as well so they placed me in a hotel for the first week and a half of school. Then they moved me into the second apartment I was shown as it was the "least damaged" and they claimed to have fixed all the issues. Several months later I became extremely sick and went to the doctors after two months with a bad cough and troubles breathing to find I had mold in my blood and lungs. After informing management of this they inspected the room and deemed it clean. After immediately moving out, I received an email several months later saying they had to remove my walls to fix the leaks and remove the mold. ...

Very quiet and nice neighborhood! Fully furnished so you don’t have to worry about that! About a 10 minute drive from the university and in between both sides of town. For the price of rent and the quality of your living, it’s worth it!
