The landlords are really nice. Kirby is great. They take a couple of days to fix any maintenance problems. I rented from summer 2017 through winter 2018.

The landlords don't enforce the lease and don't do basic maintenance. It took them 3 months to get a stove top knob and replace a toilet tank cover. We had a pet situation that the landlords didn't take care of like the lease says they would. They even listed our full social security numbers on the lease. Talk about illegal!!! Don't rent from here! The company is My Prime Place apartments. I rented from fall 10 through spring 11. ...
