I had a good experience here. The social life is pretty much non-existent, but if you don't mind the quiet then this is a great place to live. The landlord is often not in her office, but if you leave a message they are great about getting your maintenance done quickly. The price is slightly more than others, but if you put three to four people into one apartment, it is cheaper than the dorms.
