this is one of the worst places to live you have a much better chance of being safe living in your car or on the street ,police wont even come in there by them selfes and the neiborhood well i guess hell does exist if you need a place to live dont live there they started making the redients pay for thier utilitys and refused to lowere the rent and rent is not cheap ,ask them for permits of all the work they did and there is nothing all work was done illegally,there is nothing for the children to do out here so they go around trashing everything,adults are not much better they go around selling drugs and fighting with there neighbers.

I rented from fall '05 through winter '06.
I paid monthly rent of $650 during fall/winter for a private room.
I paid monthly rent of $650 during spring/summer for a private room.
