Apartment management needs to improve on how they serve the residents of the complex. Handicap parking is not adequate or assigned fairly. Wish I would have known before I moved in here.

I rented from winter '05 through winter '08.
I paid monthly rent of $280 during fall/winter for a private room.
I paid monthly rent of $280 during spring/summer for a shared room.
