Very nice apartment, but students might need a car to drive to school. There is a bus that comes by every hour, but students will have to transfer at the mall nearby. Not many sidewalks for getting to nearby stores, but if willing to run across busy roads, then apartment is ideal for walking to all the stores, like the Walmart across the street.
