When we first toured the complex, it looked beautiful, and the interiors look clean and nice; but they are VERY cheaply made. For being so new, there should not be as many bugs getting into our place as their are, etc. And the ceilings are a joke, I can hear exactly what song the girl above me is playing at any given point.
