Under new management. They claim they are about to undergo a multi-million dollar renovation. New management seems to have started really cleaning up the place from just a few months ago.

I rented from winter '07 through winter '08.
I paid monthly rent of $609 during fall/winter for a private room.

Under new mgmt and they are remodeling most of the property. The new mgmt. is great
