I rented from spring '07 through summer '08.
I paid monthly rent of $850 during fall/winter for a shared room.
I paid monthly rent of $850 during spring/summer for a shared room.

Terrible service charges unbelievable high price for rent. The apartments office sucks so much! Really bad experience here.
