I chose these apartments for the price and location as my wife was attending BSU. The size is pretty small but good for new renters. They are pretty quiet not many problems with neighbors parking is VERY limited! 1 space per name on the lease with NO guest parking. Landlords are very friendly but slow to respond to maintenance requests. Upstairs apartments are not insulated well if its 90+ outside count on the ac strugling to maintain an 85 temp. Best apartment weve found for the pets.

I paid monthly rent of $455 during fall/winter for a private room.
