This is my first year living here. Overall I've had a pleasant experience. If something breaks maintenance is usually here within a day to fix it. The gym has a good amount of different equipment. During the summer the pool is at a really nice temperature and the Dillon has a shuttle bus that will take you to campus. I'd rate The Dillon a 8/10 so far. ...

Although the dillon appeared to be a nice apartment during tours, it is not kept up with as nicely as they make it sound. When we arrived there, the floors, doors and walls were all scratched up and there was dirt and dust everywhere as if it hadn't been touched since the last people that lived there. ...

I love my apartment and the amenities but it is not very close to campus. Being that all of my classes are online at this time, the distance is not a factor. Now is the time I need to decide my living situation for next year so I’m torn whether or not to resign my lease for next year. I love the gym at The Dillon and I am trying to maximize the extras offered to me at this time. The rent is very reasonable and much cheaper than other places closer to campus. ...
