My roommates and I love living at The Grove. We each have our own bed and bath, and each bedroom is the same size, so we didn't have to flip for it, like we've had to do in the past at other places. We all think the price is reasonable, about $450 a month for the 3 of us. We get tons of compliments on our place. We've only had a few maintenance issues, and they both were taken care of promply. I would rent here again if given the opportunity.

I rented from summer '07 through summer '08.
I paid monthly rent of $445 during spring/summer for a shared room.
