Dishwasher and fridge are barely functional, one dryer has been broken for nearly 4 months. It took a month and a lot of phone calls to get them to tell us how old our building was so we could get insurance. Great location and decent price, but don't expect ANY maintenance or help from the landlord. Parking lot is often full so you have to park in another of their lots (but there's a lot of lots nearby).
