HORRIBLE!!!! you better make sure you have a lot of money because if you move out and they have to clean dust off your blinds its $10, dont forget to clean out your water hearter closet or thats another $30 thats not including the $150 restoration fee you have to pay. management is horrible. it sounds nice but the hot tub never works and if the pool gets damaged and they dont know who did it, everyone has to pay for it. they say you are getting $250 for signing a lease but they dont have the money so they have to charge for everythng else, so you arent really getting the money cuz you'll pay it back to them when they leave. oh and you better hope that the people in your building arent messy because you have to pay for that too! think i am exagerating? make sure you ask them for their move out policy before you sign a lease.
