This apartment was absolutely beautiful and was so unique. It's in a wooded area, so it's generally quiet and peaceful. Our unit had a fireplace, garden tub, and a private balcony overlooking the woods. Parking is never a problem here.

The apartment is pricey and most college students would need to split the expense with a roommate. The construction of the apartment is not the best, as there's very little sound insulation in the actual apartment so you can hear everything that goes on in the apartment. A big drawback if you're living with someone. You can also hear the neighbors' TV or music pretty clearly.

The biggest problem we had was that maintenance was slow to respond and rarely fixed anything the first time that they looked at it. The apartments are generally well-maintained but the management did next to nothing to address any non-emergency maintenance issues we were having.

If you don't mind fixing things yourself this apartment is beautiful and worth checking out.
