My apartment is very large and has a big kitchen, the place is a bit older but well kept.

Mostly families live here and take good care of things.

The office people are friendly but I only see them when I go to pay my rent. The play areas are nice too!

I rented from summer '06 through summer '07.
I paid monthly rent of $650 during fall/winter for a private room.
