The staff at Smallwood is so unorganized and rude to students. I am a parent trying to get a call back from Lauren the manager and I really believe she doesn't exist. They cannot do simple math! They don't care about their tenants and do not respond to emails or phone calls! I rented from fall 10 through summer 11. ...

Smallwood Plaza, Barrett and Stokely Management(Indianapolis IN): Unorganized, Unprofessional and Inept! Smallwood Plaza is known for its illegal activities, noisy environment and a management team that is unwilling and apparently unable to clean up their image. I question the integrity of this company and their concern (lack of) for their residents.
