the 1120 s walnut apt.s abobe the Wylie's paint shop are nice but they charged us $800 for painting and $200 for cleaning upon moving out terrible management. Also charged $10 for 2 lightbulbs. They're in it for the money make sure you have them spell everything out and get before pics. we cleaned and had 0 damages. I rented from fall 2018 through summer 2019. ...

The apartments above the Subway are absolutely terrible. Their only redeeming quality is location. We had rats and cockroaches upon moving in, lots of structural damage to the building and the apartment itself. Had water come in through the window when it rained, mold in the bathroom, and poorly functioning appliances. Worst of all, management is very rude and unprofessional. I rented from fall 2017 through fall 2019. ...

They have good locations but they have been the worst management company I can imagine. They do not take care of their properties and they take advantage of their tenants. I rented from summer 2017 through summer 2019.

401 S. Woodlawn (the Subway building Great location. TERRIBLE wifi. Maintenance requests are filled within a day which is great. Laundry machines are $1.50 per load and 80% of the load is left still dirty/wet. Pantry space = utility closet with a shelf and the cabinets overhead in the kitchen. No counter space if you have a dish rack. Windows and walls to the outside are thin- I can hear the police/firetruck sirens 100% loud and clear. However, walls on the inside are fine. My bed is on the other side of the bathroom and I can hardly even hear the loud music when my roommate showers. Good water pressure and water heating. When I moved in there was a big stain on my carpet even though I was told that the carpets were cleaned. Biggest complaint is the wifi. Some days I can't hold a skype conversation for 5minutes without disconnecting or losing internet. Parking $45/month for a very cramped parking lot that needs repaving. Management is very friendly and quick to respond to calls or emails. I rented from fall 2015 through summer 2016. ...
