Maintenance and Landlord are Ridiculous

I rented from fall '03 through fall '06.
I paid monthly rent of $425 during fall/winter for a private room.

Living in Hoosier Courts is awefull the managment is bad enough to avoid this place all together. Unless you like throwing away money and managment that lies to your face so they can get more money out of you, this place sucks.

I rented from fall '06 through summer '07.
I paid monthly rent of $366 during fall/winter for a private room.
I paid monthly rent of $366 during spring/summer for a private room.

New Management SUCKS!!!!
