I got a good rate for a 2 bedroom one bath at $595 it is now $640. Parking is terrible in my area but there are other areas with plenty of spots it just depends on where your apartment is. Snow gets removed on time and maintenance is reliable. My room mate has had problems with the management but I have had no problems. My biggest complaint is the coin washer dryer units are expensive they have gone up in price since we have moved in. Overall an average apartment complex.
