I have lived at Campus Walk for two years and have had no problems. They are older apartments, but VERY close to campus with good prices. The maint. service is fast if you have a problem.

I rented from fall '06 through fall '08.
I paid monthly rent of $574 during fall/winter for a private room.
I paid monthly rent of $574 during spring/summer for a private room.

These apartments are old and poorly maintained. The apartment looked like no work had been done for years, and the ceilings in both the bathroom and living room caved in. AFTER I moved out, Campus Walk decided to finally fix up the apartment for the next tenant and charged me for all the repairs. I have spoken to other tenants that report the same thing. I do NOT recommend Campus Walk at all.
