Really nice place. I moved in with all new appliances. The office is right there and the manager always recognizes you. Friendly neighbors, quiet place. I highly recommend.

I rented from fall '06 through summer '08.

Terrible place to live! Staff is very hard to deal with, and not professional at all! The staff consists of one office worker and 2 maintainence guys. The office worker is the rudest person ever!
Too far off campus to walk anywhere..
Hallways are always filled with trash..
Parking gets annoyingly full..
POOL was NEVER opened!!!..
Grass is not cut very often, when it does it gets thrown on your car..
