The apartments are very nice, however the grounds are not kept up well (snow plowing is terrible; mowing & landscaping not taken care of, dumpsters not emptied, etc.) Very pricey! Nice clubhouse and amenities. Management listens to complaints but doesn't act on them.

This place is probably the most expensive complex in the South Bend/Granger/Mishawaka area. I've had constant rent billing issues (ERRORS) with management that requires me to trot down to the main office with a copy of my rental agreement.

If you have a maintenence issues...alarm system going off, broken dishwasher, etc. do not expect it to be fixed when they tell you. My calls and emails have been ignored and my dishwasher and broken light has still not been fixed as of this review. Worst customer service in any apartment complex I've ever stayed at.
