I enjoy living in Aspen Court, the building is secure and the apartments are spacious and appliances are like new. It's located close to my classes, I can walk on a nice day or take the bus on cold days.

Aspen Court is an amazing place to call home in Macomb Illinois!!! The staff have been so extremely helpful... Anytime that I have had to call them, they were extremely kind and attended to my concerns immediately!! Our fan was making a noise, I called to report this thinking that maybe something needed to be tightened, they came and checked it out that night and by the next day, we had a new ceiling fan. Coming from a small town, I worry about safety but knowing that the maintenance and security crew is always looking out for me is very reassuring. My apartment was extremely clean when we moved in and the staff was very flexible. I had to change my move in time due to transportation issues (several times) and they were always willing to work with me, never making me feel like I was bother them or a problem. When I go into the office they always greet me with a smile and call me by name. At Aspen Court Apartment, I am not just a number... I am a person!!!! One of my friends lives at another complex... One of the BEST things about Aspen is that you are responsible for you. My friend and her roommate have the rent split just as we do at Aspen, but at Aspen we each have a separate contract. My friends roommate was late making her rent payment ... They BOTH were charged a $75 late fee. At Aspen, since we have our own contract, if my roommate is late, only she will receive the fee, I am NOT responsible for her actions!!!! I rented from fall 2016 through spring 2017. ...
