Ok, I will give it to you honest -- The parking situation here is okay. They could add a few more parking spots to accomodate all of the residents and guests, but other than that, parking is okay. The grounds are well kept. Grass is kept green and trimmed. The maintenance staff is prompt. They always come fix things when they say they will. The office staff is very nice and tenant-oriented. They care about your needs and try their best to make sure those needs are met. The walls in the apartment are paper thin, it seems. You can hear the people above you doing everything, including using the bathroom. At first this was sort of weird, but you get used to it after a while. :) We have a one bedroom apartment and our patio is super small. You can never count on having any gatherings there. One final note, this community doesn't prohibit residents from owning satellite dishes but the lease addendum outlining all the rules makes it almost impossible to get it.
