The Hill Apartments - It's time to make your move to The Hill Apartments where you will find conventional apartment homes in a quiet neighborhood. Some of the largest apartment homes in Carbondale.

These spacious floor plans feature abundant closet space, a lot of windows, and a kitchen appliance package consisting of - a refrigerator and stove. Dishwashers are also included in many units.

Being Student is not a requirement when you live at The Hill - we gladly welcome ALL household compositions!

Our Pet Friendly Property allows up to 2 pets per home (cats and dogs are permitted). No weight limit.

Here are the fees:
For one pet there is a one-time non refundable fee of $350 plus $35 per month.

For two pets there is a one-time non refundable fee of $450 plus $45 per month.

UTILITIES:
Water, Sewer, and Trash are included in the monthly price. Residents are responsible for establishing and paying their electric service with Ameren Illinois.

MOVE IN COSTS:
$99 non refundable Reservation Fee due upon approval
Prorated Rent varies depending on move in date. Approximate cost is $23.30 for each day that you will occupy the apartment during the first month - due 24 hours prior to your move in.
You will also be responsible for having electric turned on at least four days prier to moving in.
