Avoid this apartment because the staff seems to have something firmly lodged in their rear end. They are the most useless people who are unwilling to help. The staff is lethargic, lazy and unwilling to help. Apartment quality is ok. Fairly new carpet and it's clean and maintained. It's in a safe neighborhood / area. The insulation sucks, so it gets freezing in the winter and you can hear your neighbors. I could hear my neighbor on his phone. Yay for privacy. But don't get me wrong, it's not terrible. If you need a place to live for a while this is a great place. If you want to make this your home and stay here for a long time, you're better off looking some place else. I rented from fall '07 through fall '08. ...
