When there are issues in the apartment, they are always quick to fix the issue and they are typically very friendly. They have been replacing windows all summer. The workers are obnoxious and have played music so loud this summer that my daughter cannot take naps during the day due to the noise. She cannot play in the yard anymore because it is filled with broken glass and metal that they never cleaned up from the construction. Most of the time the washer and dryer in our building is not working and are in poor repair. Our apartment was in need of updates when we moved in and now that the apartments are under new ownership they are trying to bill us for items that we did not break.
