I lived here for 2+ years. Great landlord and onsite apartment manager who is extremely helpful with any maintenance or issues. Building was kept very clean and fellow occupants were quiet. Great location with quick freeway access (I-55 and I-294), 2 grocery stores within walking distance, 25 minutes from downtown Chicago, and bus stop right out front. I loved living here! I rented from fall 10 through fall 11. ...

After living here for a year, I only have two complaints. The first were the neighbors upstairs. I know you can't pick your neighbors but if I had known they lived right above me I would not have chosen to live here. They were nice people, when they didn't argue or when their children were screaming because mommy and daddy were yelling and swearing at each other. My other complain is that the apartment I moved into was remodeled before I moved in and I think they hurried the job. The plastic socket covers in the bedroom and living room all cracked or were screwed in poorly. Aside from those two things, I loved it there. The only utilities I paid for were electricity. My monthly bill was no more than $25 a month, however, I did not have cable or internet. Heat, gas and hot water were included in the rent. I loved that the floors were heated and each unit had it's own thermostat so if you wanted it to be 80 in the apartment in the winter, you could. The unit was remodeled with a new dishwasher, track lighting in the kitchen, tile floors in the bathroom and kitchen and a granite counter top in the kitchen. I rented from summer 10 through summer 11. ...
