Overall I would say the apartments are nice and great for college students. They have plenty of space and come with some furniture if you choose to use it as well. The best part of all is that it is right across the road from John A Logan College.

Lake Logan houses many students and offers affordable rates. The apartments are nice and well-furnished, and the laundry mat has plenty of machines. I have enjoyed every second and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I am a current resident. The place is really nice. It would be nice if they had more trees and plants on the property. Would also be nice if they had a place to lock up your bike outside instead of having to drag it upstairs. The manager has always be nice to me but I know she plays favorites. She does not enforce the rules equally to all the residents. I have a friend in one of the other buildings that I visit. She said that the manager let the guys in the bottom floor apartment pull out all of their grass in front of their apartment so they could put in stones. What is up with that? She also lets people let their dogs run around without leashes. The place is close to school, apartments are nice, better than home. I rented from fall '09 through spring 11. ...
