Worst landlord ever! Does not fix anything, does not plow the parking lot when it snows, is trying to make me pay my heating bill even though it is included in my rent. Also, he does not care about tenants safety, as their was a homeless man hanging around the building for a while and he did nothing about it. The apartment itself is ok, it is right on campus, but it very small, and the heating and air conditioning suck. do not rent from him! I rented from summer '08 through fall '08. ...
