Great location for the price! Nice people. Many are young. Try and get a lake or city view because the price is unbeatable for the view. Ok workout facilities that get the job done. Jewel, target, gas station, restaurants all within 1 block radius.
The building is not very modern, but they just replaced all of the windows, and this place also has an outdoor pool that overlooks lake michigan/ michigan ave.
