The management do nothing but take your money. If an issue arises they will tell you "All we can do is have a conversation," then tell you to call the cops for literally everything so they can avoid doing their jobs. It's a gross misuse of police time and effort so that they can be lazy. They never answer the phones and the office is locked so other than take your money what could they possibly be doing that they are too busy to help tenants. When they actually answer the phone they are rude (as if you are disturbing them), then treat you like you're stupid. They are only nice until you sign the lease then you are not the mark you are an irritation to them. They need to be reminded about repairs, several times. As a long time resident (11 years) I've watched this community slide into garbage under new management. It used to be safe, clean, and quiet. Now it's loud (which they won't do anything about), the ground is littered in cigarette butts and dog poop, and if you walk by any building at night (especially the ones not facing the road) you smell all the flavors of illegal drugs being smoked right under management's upturned noses. Tenants flick lit cigarette butts on your property, damage your car, and threaten other tenants over something as simple as asking them to keep the noise down so your kid can sleep at 9pm. And management does nothing. But if you like to have others cigarette (and illegal drug) smoke in your apartment, enjoy walking through dog poop, delight in loud neighbors, are enamored with being threatened by neighbors, and your dream is to be treated like garbage by management when you bring up said issues, then Parkwood Pointe is for you.
