This apartment is clean and newer. The quality seems to be upper end for Rexburg. The community is good. The managers seem to be the kind of people that are nicer if you get on their good side and not so nice if not.

I also negotiated a shorter contract and the manager threw in free cable TV and Internet.

I rented from summer '05 through summer '07.
I paid monthly rent of $525 during fall/winter.
