the civic is very nice for the pricing... [at least while i was there is was $575 a month for a 2 bed, 1 bath] the only downfall is the rooms are tiny, and you only get one parking spot in the parking garage, which gets to be a problem with you are living with someone else [i know from first hand experience, my car got towed from the winco parking lot across the street] so parking is a pain, and it's pretty tiny, but if you can handle those restrictions it's a pretty great place. sometimes you get lucky and get on a floor with a bunch of fun people and it can be pretty cool [i lived in two different apartments there over a year] there are some older people too though because it is low income housing. has a workout center that isn't too bad, and washer and dryer in the apartments that always make it nice. overall i'd rate it a 4.
