I live in a 2 bedroom apartment here. the old managers were jackasses, but the new ones that are here now are great, and are making a lot of great changes to the building & apartments.Before I could not reach office by phone, and new managers are very easy to get in touch with, and handle maintenance issues very promptly. I will be renewing when my lease is due.

I rented from fall '07 through summer '08.
I paid monthly rent of $699 during fall/winter for a shared room.
