townhome was very dirty when we moved in in march'07. lots of things broken. need to call staff a thousand times until they come over and "fix" something. and two days later it s broke again. problems with water heater which is bad in the midwest. only good thing about it is the price. neighbors are loud and dirty. trash and cigarettes in the front yards.
