I moved in here early 2022 please read to help yourself in the end....Upstairs is so hot no matter how many fans/ac is running @ 60Β°,your electric bill will be extremely high, hidden fees on utility bill, you'll have a water sewage, trash bill on top of one time $25 utility fee when you first move in and utility fee $4.65 , Pest Control $4.50 , miscellaneous fee $55 monthly, Rotting floors, carpentering is dirty and gross, parts of ceiling falling down, rotting cabinets and drawers, deceased animal smell coming from the walls/attic space, maintenance destroys your house and half way completes work orders, will leave your home feeling like and looking like excuse my expression but living in the ghetto,if you have issues or complaints you will often hear the excuse that they are still transitioning to new ownership and your issue or complaint never gets resolved, the business center is just a computer with internet you cannot make copies etc., the so called dog park is unkept and gross, the doggy bag station's they have are pointless and never have doggy bags, people do not clean up after their animals and if you call the office to report them the people at the office will have you go find the person and confront them about your issue, has gates but always opened and never locked, lawn care is basically non existent that's just the tip of the iceberg but it's pretty quiet at night other than the fireworks the only staff member that has tried to help in everyway possible is Ronnie from maintenance she's they best doing what she can with what she has and can do. Please ask plenty of question and do your research... Proceed with caution.... ...

New management took over in late 2009 and have been making changes for the better around the property. Units are being updated as well as the landscaping. Due to limited space only 1 parking is available for each apartment. There are limited additional stalls availabe for rent. The community has come a long way from what it used to be. ...

I got to see a woman beat, punched in the face as the security guard stood right next to her, watching and laughing... my welfare neighbor is an ice head, she smokes and then fights on the phone with everyone all night long. All the gates locks are broken, so the complex is unsecured. The homeless shelter is our neighbor, which is where the drug dealer sets up shop! The apartments flood because of broken sprinkler heads, every day someone is beating up someone as the little kids act as lookouts on their bikes. the security guards are stupid, fat Samoans, so they are corrupt and good for nothing. [I called the police when that lady got beet, not them]. Trust me you are better off outside the gate! I rented from winter '08 through spring '08. ...
