This place has potential to be awesome. It has a great view but with all of the money you pay for rent, the landlord gives all the money to her vagabond children instead of the upkeep on the house. You are also living in a house with over 30 girls. The
view is the only things this oven has to offer.
I rented from summer 2014 through fall 2014.

Don't live here if you have a phobia of cockroaches. It was pretty funny to turn on the light and see them scurry away. So the quality of this place is seriously gross. But it is Hawaii on the north shore so it is pretty standard. Even if you lock your
door people will break in and steal stuff. Honestly, don't be afraid to live here. Everyone lives at the Quiet House at one point. It's like a starter house or a first boyfriend.

living in the quiet house is sorta like living in the dorms because there's over 30 girls divided into 6 apartments.. that being said, i loved living there, the landlords are pretty easy on us, we have weekly cleaning checks but otherwise not many
restrictions. parking is sorta a pain in the little lot in front when it gets crowded but the location is sweet-- the view from all of the balconies is gorgeous. i've lived in a top and basement unit, and the top is WAY hotter than the bottom.
overall its super fun but be warned people walk in your apartment constantly and theres always kids hanging out. not good if you dont like that. also rent is increasing from $330/month to $400/month winter 2011.. which makes it not that great of a deal.

The quiet house is such a fun place to live. However, the fact that there are so many girls living here can be a pain sometimes. The location is amazing though, and I would highly recommend living here to anyone who wants to truly experience living in
Hawaii!

It was a really good experience living here. I likes my roommates and I really liked the Landlord but he was hard to get a hold of and if we needed anything they seemed hesitant, so that could be frustrating.

It is a slave house! Super hot and totally over sharing little space with tons of girls. Worst mistake of my life to live there.
I rented from winter '09 through spring '09.

The Quiet House is an awesome place to stay if you're planning on living off-campus at BYU-H. It is located on the Point so it is about a 15-20 minute walk to get on campus. There are 6 different apartments with 3 different floors. On the first and main
floors there are four apartments (two on each floor), each house 4 girls each. On both floors there are four girls to one room and four girls to one bathroom. It actually works out very well and it hasn't been a problem. The top floor houses hold ten girls each but they have an oven (which is an added plus). On the main floor, we have a large toaster oven and it works out perfectly fine. The view is absolutely WONDERFUL and for the price it is an absolutely wonderful place to live. I'd definitely recommend this housing for anyone.
