This house by BYUH standard is average: cramped, hot, moldy, and roaches. The landlord and parking however are why this place is rated so low. Elissa Oleole sucks, she loves to fine students and does so by means of her monthly cleaning checks. If you have a car, buy a skateboard bc you are gonna have to park on campus. After a day or two it gets old really fast, especially in the rain. I rented from fall '07 through fall '07. ...
